All Sales Are Final

Items are final sale to to their nature as beauty products and due to sanitary reasons.

Processing Time

Processing times are 5 - 10 business days. These days do not include weekends, holidays and weekdays leading into holidays (i.e. holiday on a Monday, the Friday before is considered part of the holiday weekend). Processing time is also not related to the shipping time.

Discounts

Due to the amount or labor and material certain products across the site take to produce, they are ineligible for discounts and promotional codes. These products are plainly labled under their listing price. In the event that codes or discounts are used on these products, you will be invoiced for the discount amount. The item will not be processed until the balance is paid. If there are multiple items in the order, they will be shipped to the addr3ss provided, and you will be invoiced a separate shipping fee for the set(s) that have a remaining balance. 

All Sales Are Final, if you do not pay the remaining balance owed, you will not receive a refund for the amount previously paid.

Wrong Addresses

In the event that a package has been sent to a wrong address, you will be contacted once the package has been returned to us. If Coveted Claws is at fault, we will resend the package, free of charge, back to you after verifying the address.

In the event that you entered a wrong address at checkout, you will be invoiced for the new shipping costs. Once it is paid, your package will be resent to you.


Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Coveted Claws LLC is not responsible for orders due to incorrect sizing. Please review sizing details, options and guidelines prior to purchase.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (our products fall into this category). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
