It is important to follow the application steps to ensure that your nails last you 2 weeks or more. Press on nails can last up to 4 weeks depending on the application and care.
How to apply your press on nails:
Step 1: Wash your hands and make sure that your nails are trimmed and clean
Step 2: Files your nails
Step 3:Use the wooden cuticle stick you received in your package to push back your cuticles. You can trim your cuticle, at your discretion, for a more natural, seamless look
Step 4: Use provided nail buffer to buff the surface of your nails. Be careful not to go overboard, doing so will remove too many layers of your nails, weakening them
(Step 5: For short term wear, Apply the set using the nail adhesive tabs in your kit. For long term wear, follow the alternate step 5 instead.)
Step 5: Apply a small amount of nail glue on to your nail bed, try to avoid getting any on your skin
Step 6: Apply the press on nail and hold firmly for 10 - 15 seconds
Step 7: Repeat each step until all of your nails are applied
If you feel your nails are not firmly attached, this could be because either you didn't apply enough glue, or, you applied too much. In the instance that there is not enough glue, add more where ever there are gaps. If there is too much glue, the nail will easily move or come off with time.
